How will I track the status of my goods/consignment daily?
APML has provided online tracking platform on its website/mobile application from where you can track the status of your consignment anytime. By entering your consignment details, you will get the information about your consignment.
If I’ve been charged extra money than the final quotation provided. What procedure do you follow in this regard?
We only charge for the final quotation which has been provided to you at the time of your survey. No extra money is charged before and after your relocation other than the quoted one.
What are the safety measures do you opt for relocating heavy furniture?
Our household carriers are fully equipped with safety belts. With the help of these safety belts, we secure the electronic or heavy items to a position with the walls of our Carriers. These safety harnesses provide a firm grasp to the luggage so fixated, which saves them from getting damage at the time when the carriers are brought to a halt or during a mishap.
How many days prior my relocation do I need to contact you to get your services?
APML gives you the flexibility in booking your move 15 days in advance, so that you have efficient time to plan ahead.

How long will it take to complete my move?
There are a number of factors that may impact the time it takes to complete a home removal. Of course the amount of goods, the distance they are moving and the ease of access all play a part too, but as always we’ll do our best to complete a removal in a timely and safe manner.
